Discovered by renowned RnB superstar, K’Michelle, while working at her restaurant as a server, it’s truly a Cinderella story how this small town country boy went from “serving tables” to “serving hits” - writing for artists from K’Michelle to even rappers, “Mulatto”, and “Saucy Santana” in their hip-hop smash “Up & Down.  

Not only does the lyricism of the young MC stun most like a deer in headlights, but it is his unique tonality and tasteful cadences , which allows the artist to penetrate through the foundational constructs of hip-hop effortlessly. With heavy influences from Prince,  J Dilla, Q-TIP, Timbaland & Magoo, Left-Eye, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar and the Notorious B.I.G,  Mondaii is always looking to innovate and cultivate new timeless sounds. The skillful MC, uniquely utilizes his distinctive voice as an instrument, often mimicking the melodies of the production with his super wavy cadences.
